Fall 2007 Mentee SignupSorry this wasn't up earlier, everyone! The Fall 2007 Mentee signup is online here . If you are a freshman in computer science this year, apply! A mentor is able to help you get acquainted with the Lawson building, Linux shells, text editors, and answer any other questions you have about Purdue. Apply for the CS Mentor Program by April 18We are looking for highly motivated computer science students to become mentors for new students next fall. The purpose of the CS mentoring program is to help new students adjust to Purdue and our CS department. As a mentor, you are not just a tutor. You are there to be a friend, an experienced Purdue student, and an approachable resource. You are there to help your mentee get involved in the CS community. If you are interested in enriching the CS department by being a mentor in Fall 2007, please fill out the CS Mentor Application. The deadline for applications is Wednesday, April 18.
